To Reach Greatness - Set the Goals

I have decided that in order that I reach greatness, I need to track out my progress, double my efforts. Create KPI's and map it.

Further go the Google way, 20% of my time for other projects maybe.

Work wise, I need to create timelines for all the work that I am doing and further increase my knowledge and edge above others in all areas. Let me be the technical guy to consult. Let me be the person in demand.

There are 3 areas that I need to concentrate on:

1) Mental

2) Physical

3) Spiritual

I will keep KPI's for them like last year, however will follow them dedicatedly this year.

First Impressions:

I felt like I have cheated my self. I am going no where. It seems like I am in a jungle now with no clear visible path. I need to find first a direction and then proceed out of it as soon as possible.

I am gasping for time. Yet I like to waste whatever time that I have got. It looks like I have to make up for the lost time asap as it is crucial for me in this period of time.
